From it you can send dispatch data to our optional “Field Service” module for mobile updating of service records by technicians on site. Even without the “Field Service” module, dispatch data can be exported in a variety of formats including Email, Excel, PDF, Text and Print. When using the Email function, an Excel or PDF file containing service call details and a parts list is attached to the email plus it inserts a Google Maps link so techs can easily view the travel route between calls.
